We suggest that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions that are detailed below as this forms the basis of the sale agreement between you and Ponsonby Primary School when you purchase goods from this Website. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may from time to time, change or add content to this website (including our Terms and Conditions) without notice. At all times, we will try to ensure that the images on our Website are as accurate and as close to the actual product as possible. It is essential that you use the actual written descriptions of each product when deciding to purchase a product from Ponsonby Primary School. All information and services are provided on the basis that you undertake the responsibility for assessing at your own risk.

PRICING

All prices listed on this website: https://www.ponsprim.school.nz/are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include taxes. The prices indicated exclude freight. Ponsonby Primary School does not offer shipping, items can either be collected at the administration office on the school grounds or delivered to the child’s classroom. Prices are subject to change without notice. Ponsonby Primary School, will at all times use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on this Website are accurate at any point in time. The prices displayed on this Website are only current at that particular point in time & we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on our Website. If a price does change on the Ponsonby Primary School, : https://www.ponsprim.school.nz/website before you finalise your order, Ponsonby Primary School, reserves the right not to honour the pre-checkout price.
In addition to the purchase price, all delivery charges, sales tax, extra packaging charges and Government taxes, if any, shall be payable by the Customer.

WRONG SIZE ORDERED – NEED TO CHANGE

Ordered the wrong size? We are happy to change it for you. Never place a garment that is too tight on a child that can cause harm. We will only change the item if it meets the returns policy. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will have to send the item back to us at your own cost with the size change required in writing. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Items that have been worn and damaged will not be eligible for exchanges. You will need to arrange collection from the administration office on the school grounds.

Faulty Products

If in the unlikely event you feel your product/s is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, you must contact Ponsonby Primary School within the 14 day period from the invoice date in writing (by email to: wsteedman@ponsprim.school.nz). You will have to send your product back to Ponsonby Primary School to review at your own cost. Ponsonby Primary School reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to offering a replacement. A replacement may be refused if the fault is not considered of a manufacturing origin. If the fault is deemed to be of a manufacturing nature, the product will be replaced and returned to you as soon as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF YOU FEEL IT IS FAULTY.

Shipping & Delivery

We do not offer this service. All items can be collected from the administration office on the school grounds, or be arranged to be corrected from the office by your child to take home.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase/s from the Ponsonby Primary School Website. If you want to change your order we will happily replace the item if: 1. It shows no signs of tampering and wear 2. Appears unworn.

You will have to send the item back to us. We do not accept returns for change of mind – But we are always willing to resolve any issues. Items that have been worn and damaged will not be eligible for exchanges. Orders that are placed past the 14 day period are not accepted for exchanges.

Refunds and Credits

Sales from the Ponsonby Primary School website are considered final. If in the event that a refund is approved, the refund will be paid in the same way that the original purchase payment was made. Ponsonby Primary School takes great pride in supplying quality products. Refunds or credits cannot be given for ‘change of mind’ situations. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. These items will need to be returned to Ponsonby Primary School main office. Once returned goods have been received by Ponsonby Primary School a product of the same type will be prepared. The item/s will need to be collected again as Ponsonby Primary School does not offer shipping services.

Use of Goods

It is essential that all products purchased from Ponsonby Primary School are only used in the manner for which they are intended to be used. We insist that you read the directions on our website and materials supplied. Products purchased from Ponsonby Primary School may not be modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in. You warranty will be deemed void if this occurs.

Order Cancellations

Where Ponsonby Primary School agrees, at the purchaser’s request to cancel an order prior to delivering the goods to the purchaser, Ponsonby Primary School reserves the right to charge for all costs incurred prior to the cancellation and to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price of the goods to cover overheads associated with the order.
